About FinanceCalc
What this is
FinanceCalc is a small set of free tools that run entirely in your browser. It is part of the Hivly network of web tools. Open a tool, get the job done, close the tab. There is no account, no upload, and no cap tied to a paid plan.
Why it exists
Most of these tools started as something we needed for our own work. Rather than send a file to a stranger's server for a ten-second job, we built a version that does the work on your own device and kept it free for everyone.
How it works
The tools run as static pages with the work done by your browser. When you drop in a file or type something in, it is processed locally and never sent anywhere. That is why there is no upload bar and no sign-up.
Who builds it
FinanceCalc is built and maintained by CodingEagles, a software studio that ships production web apps for businesses. The network is paid for by light advertising and by the studio, not by charging you or selling what you enter. Questions or requests are welcome on the contact page.
